- Penal Code section 487(d)(2) – Grand theft involving a firearm
- Penal Code section 496(a) – Receiving stolen property valued at $950 or more
- Penal Code section 518 – Extortion
- Penal Code section 594(b)(1) – Vandalism causing over $10,000 in damage
- Penal Code section 647(a) – Solicitation or prostitution
- Penal Code section 647.6 – Child molestation or annoying or molesting a child under 18
- Penal Code section 653f(d) – Solicitation to commit murder
As you can see, the crimes listed above are serious offenses that carry significant penalties and consequences. California law does not allow for the expungement of these crimes because they are considered too severe to be removed from a person’s criminal record.
