Record Zap offers services such as record expungement, record sealing, and pardons. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for accurate eligibility assessments. Customers must provide specific information requested by Record Zap thereafter. Successful completion, accuracy and submission of files is dependent on customer cooperation to provide certain information and consent, such as signatures, only the customer can provide. Should customers provide false or inaccurate information to Record Zap, such inaccurate information will likely affect eligibility determinations and thus Record Zap may cancel working on such files. Customer is obligated to pay for the efforts, time, and attorney involvement in such files upon which customer provided inaccurate or false information. Submission of files will occur based on the speed with which customers provide necessary information and/or any signatures requested by Record Zap. Record Zap makes no guarantees as to outcomes. The decision to grant or deny expungements and sealings is with the courts, not Record Zap. The decision to grant or deny pardons is with governors of states, not Record Zap.
